We were asked to review the Job Evaluation (JE) Scheme for a Government funded organisation to review:
- its fitness for purpose
- the proces itself
- timescales for completeness
- support documentation and training

- How can you get staff motivated following a restructuring?
- How often does managing staff performance "disappear" during and after a restructuring?
- When do your managers have an opportunity to share good practical tips on how to manage staff within an established performance management process?

- Do circumstances in the workplace distract from performance?
- Do you have managers and supervisors who have had all the training but find it difficult to deal with their team based problems, whether due to lack of confidence or perhaps because they don't want to upset their team?

You have a member of the management team who is keen to develop their profile and contribution to the organisation further having been part of that organisation for many years, what do you do?

This project gave 4PEOPLE the opportunity to work with the senior management team to start the journey of focusing and managing the performance of their staff.
